Thanksgiving is so close, you can almost taste the bountiful turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and pie. But the food isn't really what this holiday is all about. Nor is it about giant inflatable cartoon characters floating past a certain department store in New York. Seriously, it's about giving thanks. In the spirit of the season, we have a fun assignment to complete over this weekend: we're asking you to simply say "thank you." Feel free to be creative. If I were able to do this assignment, I would thank the guy who once jumped onto the train tracks in a subway station to save my wallet from imminent doom. Or, I might simply give thanks for those socks that have the little toes built into them. Whoever thought of that, I salute you. Point is, we want to know who (or perhaps what) deserves a "thank you" in your book. Pull out your video camera and fill in the blanks: "Thank you ______" Or, scribble your message onto a piece of paper. Or, take a beautiful picture that sums up your thankful feelings. (Extra points for hand turkeys!) We want to see your messages of thanks as Thanksgiving approaches .|

Happy Holidays to all of you! We may agree or disagree but, I wish everyone a wonderful and blessed holiday season.
Now, Barack and Michelle don't let the media spoil your gala events by telling you to skim because of the economy. Okay Oprah, Magic Johnson,Diddy etc. get it together for them-donate please.
Dior and Oscar send Michelle and Barack the baqs with all the trimmings-these are two people who worked and earned their way so, deliver.
Florist you know FTD and let us all dream with them. We need the gala of hope for the future. I would love to be there dressed and on the arm of someone with sense!!!
So, have the fireworks and all that--the world is watching and we want them to know we ain't dead yet. Hello!!!
So, enjoy the season-don't spend too much but, enjoy. And there are ways to make it magical like my grandma made it for us. |

Government has been talking about the Big 3 bailout, it seems they have forgotten about the homeowner issues. What we need to do is bailout people who are about to loose their home. It seems this issue isn't being discuss anymore. People are still loosing their homes everyday. We need help. Let the Big 3 file for bankruptcy and lets help the homeowners. It is so many people who have lost jobs, I know I'm one of them and I'm trying to keep my home. I'm getting no help from Wells Fargo. So I say let the Big 3 sell their jets and cut the CEO's big salaries and then they will see some relief. |

I want to thank God for giving my family the strength to place my twin in a Nursing Home due to MS. She is beautiful. Her husband has been by her side every step of the way.My Husband and I have been there to visit with her every day. I also want to thank the Nursing Home that has given her much of their time. The only thing really hard is wanting to pick up the phone and speak with her. |

I want to Thank the Oil companies for low gas prices so we can spend Thanksgiving break with our Grandchildren. Also, all Grandparents can give a hand this holiday season by helping their children buy Christmas for your Grandchildren. If you do not have Grandchildren please pick out a Christmas Angel at the malls and make a difference in a childs life. If you are short on money the Grey Generation has a lot of things they could donate to homless shelters and they sure could use a few extra hands. If you want to help this economy please buy that new car you have been putting off. If all the elderly did just one of these things everyones holidays would be alot better. |

would be nice if obama would give the americans a bail out, or stimulus package. if im correct the population is 400 million, give all americans 1 million dallors and we will bail them out by spending it on our bills, and buying new things, it would help both the auto industry, and aig, banks and all thaT. would be nice to get that check, people think lifes full of hard times try living in -0 temps, and 6 dallors a gallon. wa wa |
