Chris, you do an excellent job with scoring interviews and editing your stories.  Cameras, mics, lights, and NLE stations can get very expensive.  Plus, sometimes people don’t like a huge camera in their face and being wired up.  I think the guerilla style is working, especially if you are not making a lot of money on your videos.  I understand the tips that CNN tries to give; however, while purchasing a more expensive setup will get you better audio/video, it might not be the best option right now. 

Some cameras have a noise attenuation mode that can reduce wind and other background noises.  If your camera does not have this option, some free software such as Audacity might be able to reduce background noise and bring up the audio levels.  It will not be perfect audio but it is a more cost effective option.

Since my sons were tiny, I grew up with them, singing and dancing to MJ songs, and going to talent shows where my son would demonstrate his best Michael moves!

When Thriller hit the airwave, my gosh!!! I recall seeing nothing more incredible, which merely speaks to the talent Michael will leave behind.  This talent, in the many genres he was expert, will continue to provide inspiration to our youths in order that they can keep his music vibrant.

My youngest, now 35, still continues to mimic Michael's moves, and has been devasted by this horrific loss!

My heart goes out to Michael's family. The same as Elvis, James Brown, and the many fallen icons that came before Michael .... he may be gone, but he will never be forgotten.

I have never seen such a vulgar act that our media has subjected our children to.The crouch grabbing every few seconds & the wording of his music if listened to would show that he was in my opnion a predgious person & the reaction to him being so great shows just how far the morals of the world have fallen in the media world
