Please look into these Lame and unconstitutional violations for they are more serious than you can imagine. REGISTER OF ACTIONS (Case 01CR1616 dismissed on 10/30/2003) (Case 02C20181 judgment vacated(cancel) on 06/23/08) (Case 04M002707 dismissed on 07/29/04) (Case 06C19993 default judgment on 10/30/06) (Case 08M003510 dismissed on 9/15/08) Date: 4/27/01 CASE: 01CR1616, Judge Pelican, Div 6, 270 S. Tejon St., Colorado Springs, CO 80903 Mr. Dunlap has had over 25 attorney's that could not figure out this register of actions because officials deprived Mr. Dunlap of his rights. Mr. Dunlap claims the register below as his work and has supporting evidence to prove it. 04/27/01 Police report: Arrested for domestic violence M3 (one count) because of a 911 call. 04/30/01 Appearance Bond: Alleged charges changed to 2nd degree assault on peace officers F4 ( 3 counts). Error in alleged Counts. 05/01/01 Plea of Not guilty made around this date. 08/07/03 District Attorney agreement: All felony charges will be dismissed. 3rd degree assault M3 (one count) 10/16/03 Warrant for arrest: 2nd degree assault on peace officers F4 ( 3 counts) Violation of Rule 5 - Police officers in contempt of court. 10/22/03 Arrested: Taken from friends house to Memorial Hospital for seizure 10/23/03 Arrested: Criminal Justice Center 10/30/03 Court transcript shows all charges dismissed by D.A. : 2nd degree assault on peace officers F4 ( 3 counts) All charges dismissed by District Attorney. 11/03/03 Court transcript/Judge/Officer: The Judge sentenced you on 10/30/03 to 90 days with 8 days credit. if you have any questions please write the judge. 11/09/03 Court transcript/Judge/Officer: You were allegedly charged with 2nd degree assault on peace officers F4 ( 2 counts). You do not have any further court dates. We do not show a Probation Officer for you. 11/24/03 Clerk/Mittimus: There is no plea agreement found in the file/transcript or with D.A.. Received Mittimus by mail in the Criminal Justice Center which shows commitment information of 01CR1616 Menacing F5 (one count) with 90 days with 8 days credit. You were sentenced on 10/30/03. 01/14/04 Released from Criminal Justice Center to Probation Officer. 07/29/04 Released from Bond and all liability for case 01CR1616, Div 6, Rm 401by Judge Terri Thomas 08/08/05 Arrested: Taken from TCF National Bank for funds that are already cleared before Mr. Dunlap went to the bank and Mr. Dunlap did not have a warrant because the case was dismissed in 2003. Police falsely arrested an imprisoned Mr. Dunlap and committed fraud because they robbed Mr. Dunlap of funds and sent Mr. Dunlap to prison for no reason. The funds were awarded by Attorney Alan Agee for a disability award which he verified at the bank before Mr. Dunlap went to the bank an Mr. Dunlap was robbed and falsely imprisoned at Mr. Dunlap's bank account of business. 10/14/05 Arrested/Court transcript/Mittimus: You were sentenced on 10/14/05 to 1 year DOC by Judge Pelican From Div 6 with 70 days DOC credit and 130 days credit granted by Judge Pelican in case 01CR1616. 06/12/05 Released from Department of Corrections San Carlos 11/15/07 Kate Szot Fax to John Newsome D.A.: Lame and Unconstitutional false arrest and imprisonment, torture, harassment and unjust and fraudulent acts by attorney's, public defenders, parole officers, probation officers, secret service officers and judges jailed with no rights whatsoever without a attorney. 12/03/07 Released from Parole: Letter written by Kate Szot to Mary Carlson in Case 01CR1616 to release Mr. William W. Dunlap. Mr. Dunlap was given a public Apology for the error. Mr. Dunlap was falsely arrested and imprisoned and is entitled to recovery of his losses that destroyed his life. Violators: James Dostal, Private Attorney $13, 500 Joe Orell, Private Attorney $500 Michael Henry, Public Defender Patrick Smith, Private Attorney $5000 Giancarlo Small $2500 Clifton Black, Private Attorney $2000 Jimmy Holden, Unauthorized practice of Law $7000 Jeffrey Swartz, Public Defender Kristine Young, Private Attorney $800 Kristen Buckley, Police Officer $500,000 Department of Corrections and Parole $2,000,000 Criminal Justice Center $2,000,000 Colorado Springs Police Department $2,000,000 4th Judicial District Court house $2,000,000 Also look into filed complaint with evidence under U.S. Postal Services signature Confirmation Reciept 2306 1570 0000 0233 3942 and 7007 3020 0002 4319 8639 for Intake Department/Alison May/Caroline Fredrickson ACLU of Colorado 400 Corona St. Denver, CO 80218 Several complaints have been filed with the ACLU but no action has been taken because there is some type of racial discrimination and legal conflict.
