Jose Vaca from Villamontes, Tarija, is now the SECOND
POLITICAL PRISONER in the Evo Morales Communist Regime.
Several authorities have already expressed their concerned in
which Mr. Vaca was actually detained. The Government did not follow
standard operating procedures when Mr. Vaca was kidnapped by masked
and armed men without identifying themselves.Bolivia is a unsecure place for anyone who dares to think
different than the Dictator Evo Morales.Please share with your friends these few lines to make the
