Palin, The Heartless
October 2, 2008 | Vetting explained
I proved myself to not have most thoroughly weilded the facts! I suppose it happens, but my original statement was that of disgust for Palin for a statement that she made, "Her reward is in Heaven, right?!" -- I thought that she meant his first wife, Neila, who passed along with his daughter but in fact she referenced his current wife, who has been a teacher for 35 years.
Still, Obviously, it hit Biden really hard (he was literally and physically taken aback).. and after that statement, he was
choked up when he came to speak about his very own kitchen table
situation where he tried to grasp how he'd possibly save his ailing,
hurt sons, after having lost his wife and daughter...
And Palin, in all of her compassion for her fellow man, responded with the dry, pre-composed statements via McCain's campaign..
Still, and as ardently as ever - Obama/Biden '08

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
