Two Georgia Inventors Have Their Own 'Flash Of Genius' Story

Roy McKenzie and Anthony Haynes are seeking to restrain several major U.S. manufacturers of alert radios devices from the production,and the sale of their patented intellectual invention,an (Emergency Notification Systems).But For,after years of unsuccessful attempts to negotiate with these unwilling corporations,the two minority inventors from Georgia are seeking a Federal Court Injunction.
As in the Oct. 2008 movie, 'Flash of Genius',a true story of college professor and part-time inventor Robert Kearns',who sued Detroit's Big Three Auto Makers for infringing on his idea and invention ( Intermittent Windshield Wipers ) and won a Federal Court Ruling in his favor,the two minority inventors from Decatur,Ga.have been trying to do the same thing for years,with several major U.S. manufacturers of emergency radio alert devices.
Their ingenious EMS device is an advanced emergency survival apparatus of a self contained,portable,remote controlled,combination lamp, television receiver(TV),Am/FM radio receiver,clock,a plug receptacle for powering auxiliary appliances,such as a siren or strobe light for rescue/evacuation purposes and remote control sensors that can be activated by remote control transmitters.
This invention relates to enabling a communication system for alerting individuals, businesses and communities of an impending or occurring disaster or other emergency.*Infringed Patents: (Patent Nos : US 6,238,061 B1, and US 6,634,768 B2 )*Infringed corporate violaters are presently undisclosed.
