Vincent J. Brown: October 3rd, 2008 (Abington, PA) - Barack Obama, while campaigning in the Abington suburb of Philadelphia, shook MY hand. A wonderful experience. Here's the video In the video, you can hear the Secret Service agent talking to me. First telling me to move my camera behind me because it was hanging over the railing and Barack Obama, speaking directly to me calling me, "Sir." Better photos from my Canon DSLR to come. UPDATE: Oh embarrassing moment, you hear me banter with the Secret Service anget, I'll call him Bob. He hears me say "Ow!" because 30,000 people were pushing me against a metal gate. The agent tells the crowd to stop pushing forward and he says "You're going to get squashed" and I'm like "Well, I do pushups" and he says "You'll be alright" or something to that effect. Can't talk much now, processing the REAL photos. UPDATE 2: 111,842 views and over 250 comments later - Haha.. these comments are hilarious. Some frightening but largely, ridiculously funny. I never thought attending an event, documenting it and subsequently posting it for the world to see would bring about this much banter. Hey, I used the site for what it's for. CNN decided to give it exposure, and i said fine. That's where it ends with me. Enjoy your discussion though and I'll continue to enjoy reading the comments.
