Don Helbig from Kings Island in Ohio, comes on World Cast News this evening to talk about their new coaster being built for the 2009 season: Diamondback! This new coaster will stand around 230 feet tall, reach speeds faster than 80 mph, and contain a watersplash finale. Not to mention, Diamondback, which is designed by B&M of Switzerland, will be the most ambitious project in Kings Island's history! Diamondback will open to the public next spring, and there will be a media day event where I will be in attendance.
