All you want is to One up your Father and your Grandfather and to make a name for yourself! All I’ve heard from YOU was “Country First!” and you are nothing more than a pathetic Lying Hypocrite with your Eye on the Prize.  Even your choice of your sick joke Sarah Palin was nothing more than a desperate ploy to get the “Woman Vote.” Now that people are starting to see through your smoke and mirrors you are going on a disgusting and repulsive character assassination of Barak Obama. Well I have News for YOU Senator McCain! You will NEVER get the White House as I’m exposing YOU and YOUR Biggest and most disrespectful LIE to the People of this Country! This information is going to be released to all the major networks and it will be an Obama Landslide in November!

Sunday Night, October 5, 2008 a Republican poster pasted a “Myth and Facts” statement on one of my blogs and it caught my attention and this woman stated that it came from the McCain website. My Background is a large scale Computer Software Architect and I’ve worked consulting to many companies in this country, some of which were Healthcare organizations such as Kaiser and Blue Cross. During this time the HIPAA Regulations were being enacted which ALL Healthcare organizations had to be HIPAA compliant. HIPAA stands for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. The primary purpose for HIPAA was for the common DIF (Data Interchange Format) for EDI transactions between Providers, Hospitals, Clinics, and Patients. In the two images above in this post you will see the first which is the top of McCain’s website and the main title “Straight Talk on Health System Reform.” on the second page you will see the damaging lie to the American People. John McCain wants to “Set the Record Straight” concerning “Those With Pre-Existing Conditions.” Pay close attention to the “FACT” in the marked box. Here you see McCain Stating: “John McCain Supported the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act... That took the Important Step of Providing Some Protection Against Exclusion of Pre-Existing Conditions.” Now Let us remember the primary purpose of HIPAA, for Common EDI Transactions. Yes there is a Title 1 clause which states the following: “Title I of HIPAA protects health insurance coverage for workers and their families when they change or lose their jobs.” This very small part of HIPPA was put into place to amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Public Health Service Act (PHSA) and the Internal Revenue Code. What Title One does is put restrictions on pre-existing conditions for up to 12 months. But if you notice the wording above it’s for “Workers and Their Families when They Change or Lose Their Jobs.” Also Title 1 is more specific to Group Insurance Policies under a Group Plan with an Employer. Title 1 does NOT make reference to when an employer drops your healthcare coverage, which is exactly what will happen with John McCain’s Health Care Plan with this $5,000 Credit. If you or someone in your family has a serious medical issue such as Cancer, Heart Disease, Stroke, Kidney Failure or any other major medical problem and the McCain Plan goes into effect, Your Group Insurance with Your Employer will stop.  Then you will need to get an Individual Health Insurance Plan and they WILL NOT cover Your Pre-Existing Condition and you will be forced to pay for your Major Medical out of your pocket and your insurance premiums will be in the neighborhood of $1,000 per month. A friend just lost her husband and he was on Kidney Dialysis  to the tune of $30,000 per month!

Let Me be VERY Clear! John McCain is Flat Out Lying to YOU and if you think Your Pre-Existing Condition will be covered under his Plan, You are a fool and will be bankrupt if you have a major medical condition!
