Injunction against bailout

As a voter and taxpayer, I need help in filing a temporary injunction against any spending of the bailout money.
1. As a voter: my elected officials authorized a spending bill for which I, the voter they represent, clearly did not want.
2. As a taxpayer: some $6k of my money is included in that $700 billion. Since my specific $6k cannot be identified, I want an injunction to stop all spending of the bailout money.
