Russia has agreed to negotiate a big loan to Iceland during the
Icelandic financial crisis.
Geir H. Haarde - icelandic prime minister - said today - that Iceland did not have friends - after trying to get assistance - " so we try to find new friends " he said to the foreign press.
And Russia has agreed to negotiate a loan to help Icelandic through the crisis.
