I saw Representative John Labruzzo on television the other day. He stated to a CNN anchor that he wants to pay 1000 dollars to welfare Queens to stop breeding. Well John , sorry to say that will not work. , those welfare parasites can make more than a thousand dollars each time she gets knocked up. My question is why hasn't Louisiana cut off funds to these people. I thought Hurricane Katrina would have done that. I want them out too. They give a bad name to New Orleans. Have you thought about the next generation of welfare Queens and the next. Do you stll advocate of paying them off?
