Well the gloves came off, and it was pretty revealing that the only
trick up John McCain's sleave is contempt. What kind of response is
to say guess who voted for a bill on energy, "THAT ONE", what the
hell does that mean, I am offended, "that one" has a name and it
could very well be President Barack Obama. McCain, and Palin
obviously have no respect for Obama, and have no respect for the
American people because you never get a straight answer about you
from them you only get talking points, sarcasm, and what appears to
be pure hate towards Obama. I now hear that the republicans have
sent out an email to the same liberal media outlets that "attack
them" in advance mind you, complianing that this was not really a
town hall style meeting, perhaps they are excusing his terrible
performance before the reactions from viewers came in, typical.
Obama clearly won this debate, and I am glad that he got the first
question, and came out from his corner swinging, and didn't go into
nice mode when his integrity, and character have been questioned
throughout his entire campaign, sometimes you gotta fight fire with
fire or you will be burned. Another interesting point is did you
notice how condescending(sp?) McCain was to the black guy that
asked the first question about the bailout package for Wall street,
he automatically assumed that this black man didn't know what
Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac was before this crisis, are you kidding
me? How does he know that this young man didn't work for a bank, or
maybe he was a mortgage broker, or real estate agent, or maybe,
just maybe he is very well informed, and reads and knows exactly
what these two agencies are, and were, I knew who they were at 18,
when I was studying for my realtors license, I am know 29, so I've
known them for a while....oh yeah and this black person actually
reads the Wall street journal to stay informed. I don't just watch
BET, I don't watch it at all To make matters worse he actually
called him the wrong name on top of not answering his questions,
and assuming he was ill informed. McCain did not look presidential
at all pacing erratically arund the stage, so what he shook a petty
officers hand ,it's the equivilant of a politician kissing a baby
while on the campaign stump. Oh yeah and McCains one shining moment
that his base is claiming, the mortgage bailout, uh didn't we do
that last week with the 700 billion dollars we gave up, and the
republican blogs are not to happy about his little proposal. This
election is far from over, but it is clear to see that THAT ONE
-McCain dont get it, and won't get it. By the way did anyone catch
what he said about Medicare, and Social Security, he said we, the
people paying taxes out of our paychecks right now, won't have this
when we are ready to retire uner his administration. The only thing
McCain did tonight for himself was solidify his slide in the polls,
and he is giving this election to Obama on a silver platter. Notice
how McCain said that HEALTHCARE is a responsibility, and not the
governments, HEALTHCARE is a right, everyone in Washington gets the
best out there for free, why can't we get apiece of thatt, I don't
mind the government getting in the way of me saving my dollars, so
that my child can go to the doctor.Let me know what you guys think
please!!!
