THE STATE OF NEVADA IS WRONG, AND CORRUPT. LAS VEGAS IS A PERVERSE CITY WITH CRIMINALS WALKING AROUND ASSULTING PREGNANT WOMAN...WATCH OUT.... AND ALL MY RIGHTS HAVE BEEN VIOLATED AS A CITIZEN OF THE USA....
On July 25th,2008...Me & My Sister Were Both Invited To The Wynn Hotel By Guests Staying There. There Was A Big Hotel Room Party Which Me & My Sister Were Both Personally Invited To Attend. It Was A Big Get Together With NBA Players And All, Everyone Was Celebrating The Big Game Against China. After The Party Me & My Sister Were In The VIP Valet Waiting For Our Car, With The Guests Who Invited Us, at The Wynn Hotel & Casino, When Steve Wynn Walks Right Towards Me, Approached Me Grabed My Left Arm And Started Marching Me Backwards Towards His Direction The VIP Hotel Doors, I Asked Him What He Was Doing When He Started Calling Me Jaime, He Kept Calling Me Jaime & Telling Me Come On Jaime. ( KIDNAPPING) I Immediatly Starting Resiting Him, When He Began Starting To Shove MeThrough The Hotel Doors, I Began Screeming For Help When He Turned Me Around And Put Me Into A Choke Hold, And Began Choking Me To Death, There I Am Being Choked To Death, Pregnant & Helpless, Not Only Am I Hurting What About My Baby, My Sister Comes Running Over, Like Any Brother Or Sister Would If They Saw There Brother Or Sister Being Attacked By A Stranger, And Began Trying To Pull Me Away From Him She Realized He Was To Strong And He Was Just Holding Me All The Tighter, & I Was Going To Be Torn In Half, She Started Trying To Pull His Arm Away From My Neck So I Could Breath, Steve Then Began Hitting Her And Pushing Her Away With His Right Arm, Since His Left Arm Was Choking Me To Death, While Steve Is So Worried About Keeping My Sister Away He Doesnt Even Realize He Is Killing Me & My Baby With His Choke Hold, Steve Keeps Pushing My Sister Away & Not Letting Me Go When My Sister The Whole Time Is Telling Him To Release Me,Steve Just Keeps Holding Onto Me All The Tighter Claiming The Whole Time I am Jaime, So My Sister Then Took Her Finger And Poked His Right Eye, At That Moment Steve Dropped Me So Fast And Let Go Off Me, Steve Then Took Off And Dissapered From The Whole Crime Scene Never To Be Seen The Rest Of The Time. Once Steve Released Me I Dropped To The Ground Gasped For Air, Caught My Breath, Felt Faintful & Walked Off To Call The Police, NO SECURITY WERE AROUND EVEN AFTER ALL THIS HAD JUST HAPPENED. No Security Or Police Were Around So I Walked Down To The Street And Waved The First Police Car Down, Luckily There Were Police Driving By Just At That Moment. I Waved My Hands High & Police Pulled Over My Sister Stayed Right Next To Crime Scene To Wait For Me, When She Saw Police Had Stopped She Came Over To Talk As Well. I Told The Police, Some Crazy Man Just Attacked Me & I Want To Press Charges( It Never Crossed My Mind Ever It Was Steve Wynn Being Im Not From Vegas & Steve Never Identified Himself,) The Police Said They Would Call The Wynn Security To Find Out What Was Happening, As The Police Are On The Phone Talking With The Wynn Security He Looks Over At Me And My Sister & Ask Us Which One Is Jamie, We Both Yell There Is No Jamie, He Then Tells Us It Was Steve Wynn Who Did All That & We Going Back To The Wynn To Figure It All Out, We Get Back To The Wynn, & The Detectives Come To The Crime Scene, They Watch The Video Over & Over To Find Out, That My Story Is More Then True & Steve Wynn Is More Then Guity Of Assult, Battery, Attempted Kidnapping, Steve Never Came Down To Give A Statement Or Talk To The Detectives, Steve Just Vanished Into The Night, The Only Stories The Police Got Were Statements From The Employees Who Claimed To Have Been There, If These People Were There Why Didnt They Call For Security Or Anything. I Dont Know Who Steve Is, But His Employees Should Know If They Work For Him, And There Standing Around, Why Didnt They Call For Help If Wynn Was In Trouble, And If Me & My Sister Were So Wrong Why Didnt These Workers Do Something When It was All Happening, Call Security Something They Just Want To Make Up Lies & False Statements After The Fact, BeCauseThere Jobs Are On the Line. All Those Statements Are False Including The Police Report, ALL THE LIES OF ME & MY SISTER HITTING OR SLAPPING STEVE IF ANYONE REALLY SAW OR WAS THERE THEY WOULDVE KNOWN EXACTLY WHAT HAD HAPPENED STEVE WAS POKED IN THE EYE NOTHING MORE ON OUR BEHALF ALL MADE UP LIES..FROM SOLICITING ,HITTING, SLAPPING, ALL LIES. THE TAPE SAYS ALL. IF WE WERE SO GUILTY THEN WHERES ALL THE CHARGES AND WHY COULDNT STEVE COME AND TALK TO THE POLICE. Only Reason Steve Didnt Come Down And Show HImself He Wouldve Been Arrested, Police Have A Job To Do And They Wouldve Done Exactly That If Steve Would Have Shown Himself, So He Ran. Proves He Is Even More Guilty.
The Detectives Told Me And My Sister They Impouded The Tape For Evidence And We Have A Year And One Day To Act On It. I Told The Police I Wanted To Press Charges And The Police Gave Me & My Sister Statement Papers That We Could Say What Had Happened On Our Behalf, Both Me & My Sister Filled Out Statements Against Steve Wynn, Then The Police Also Told Me To Go Down To The Station And Fille Criminal Charges Personally Against Wynn, The Police Then Took Me & My Sister To Jail For Tresspassing, Which Should Have Never Happened (False Imprisonment). The Next Morning I Went Down To The Station And Filled Criminal Charges On Wynn, Battery, Assult, Attempted Kidnapping, & False Imprisonment. I Was Then Assigned To A Detective, Detective Lyeech, She Told Me I Have A Court Day (Aug 25th,2008) And All The Evidence, Me And My Sisters Statements And The Tape Would All Be In Court So When We See The Judge Tell The Judge Our Case.
On August 25th, 2008 Me & My Sister Were Suppose To See A Judge When The State Of Nevada (DA) Removes Everything From The Court Our Whole Case & Wont Give Us A Court Date Or Let Me Or My Sister See A Judge Or Get Put On Calender, HOW ILLEGAL IS THAT!!! WONT LET US SEE A JUDGE!!!!! SO WRONG!!!That Is How Corrupt And Perverse The State Of Nevada Really Is. CORRUPT.
