Oath of Office, for a U.S. Senator

" I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

"Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Vs.

Promoting subversive individuals or organizations and/or receiving campaign contributions from a subversive and criminal organization such as ACORN is the height of treason and/or lying under the Oath of Office for a U.S. Senator.
.................................and then you have Senator Barack Obama who when questioned or petitioned by law abiding citizens who seek redress and reform for the unwarranted and illegal acts of police officers that result in the death of innocent Black men, or others, Barack Obama says, "Listen, I was a civil rights lawyer," Obama said. "I passed the first racial profiling legislation in Illinois. I passed some of the toughest death penalty reform legislation in Illinois. That doesn't mean I am always going to satisfy the way you want these issues framed... which gives you the option of voting for somebody else, it gives you the option of running for office yourself, those are all options . But the one thing I think is important is, that we are respectful towards each other."
........should any government official illegally or unlawfully violate the U.S. Constitutional or respective State Constitutional rights of any lawful citizen such as, the right to be lawfully gainfully employed, any lawfully earned property right, the right to life and pursuit of happiness, etc., and should I subsequently petition the elected office holder over the jurisdiction of my residency for redress for the atrocities of government, it is an insult to the victim(s), and disgrace to the meaning of what it means to be an elected office holder for any sworn under oath elected official to:
Substitute "Racial Profiling" legislation for mandated Constitutional forms of redress to protect the innocent against the atrocities of government.
Playing games of deceit

• Trashing legitimate claims for redress.

• Using the U.S. postal service to return a valid petition addressed to them by a petitioner un- opened (the picture at the top of this post is that of a letter addressed to Senator Mark Ridley-Thomas). Concurrently a second identical letter petition was delivered by U.S. certified mail that is not as easy to deny receipt or return unopened without being documented as being delivered* *.

Joining sides with unlawful agents and officials who are defendants , who have admitted guilt, and who have been proven guilty by factual evidence for each and every allegation of the petition for redress in the appropriate court jurisdiction.

• Reducing a serious atrocity, such as grand theft, unlawful death, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, blatantly egregious fraudulent acts, etc., to * "racial profiling" which has no connection to the criminal actions of the defendant(s), to be used as a ploy by incompetent and truly treasonous elected officials to further deprive any law abiding victim and/or their law abiding heirs* of * "Equal Justice and Protection Under the Law"* .

• Using false pretenses to seek or hold elected office, such as * carpet-bagging, using false addresses, violating the mandated residency requirement of a government charter* .

Serving special interest groups, subversive organizations, illegal immigration advocates un-American subversive organizations and/or his or her, immediate family members at the expense his or her sworn under oath and mandated by law duty to serve the people of the district represented.

Lying under oath or defending other elected officials who have lied under oath .

• Playing the "race card", or blaming their own failure to be competent and ethical on * racist Caucasians* , the * Bush Administration, Corporate America, to be used as an excuse or ploy* to do absolutely nothing.
• Stealing or committing fraudulent acts* * to * steal from the taxpayers for his, or her, own financial gain* .

Shortly after being indicted, convicted, and being that proven felon, become preachers to continue their stealing.

• Any combination of points as listed above......

............. make any elected official who fits the description, unfit for public office.

....ironically, the Republican Party, President Bush, Senator John McCain have done more to help the disenfranchised, the impoverished, Blacks and/or other minorities....

...... than that fake phony original party of Slavery Democratic Party, ACORN, the Congressional Black Caucus, and/or no good Senator Barack Obama combined......

........because agents of sleaze, such as a Barack Obama, ACORN , far too many members of the Congressional Black Caucus, and/or others who fit the description, bring absolutely nothing constructive to the table.

P.S.

........and Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship status is questionable, meaning if it is true he is not a natural born U.S. citizen, this would make Barack Obama ineligible to be President of the United States of America!

.....and it is not uncommon to where an illegal immigrant is sworn in for elective office, and kept in office, because this brings to mind no good illegal immigrant Merv Dymally, who has held elective office for decades in the inner-city, at the expense of the rights of law abiding U.S. citizens of the inner-city, and/or other communities!

Congressman John Lewis, the typical Black middleclass, and/or others , are so caught up in their biases and hatred for Caucasians, the Republican Party, and/or the truly honorable Senator John McCain that they can't see that Senator Barack Obama , Congressman John Lewis are liars, sleazy, unethical, untrustworthy, and truly unfit to be an elected official.
