Bomb Threat on 275 Battery St

Apparently, there is a man with something strapped to his body in the building across the street. They are evacuating that building, roped off the block, bomb squad is here, Police and firemen. They are not letting people back into our building (which is not the building in question). We are on a voluntary evacuation program as of now and so was 275 Battery but now they are asking all to leave the building
