Cheaspeake Va, Portlock
I was out today seeking out areas that were affected by flooding in the cheaspeake area due to rain on Saturday, October 18. The flooding in this video took place at Bainbridge Blvd and Freeman just off the Freeman exit, south of the 464 freeway which takes you into the City of Norfolk.
This area seems to flood when there is a combination of high tide and rainfall.
The Elizabeth River runs along the corridor of Bainbridge Blvd off a Industrial and residential area called Historical NOHO.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
