Cement Truck Fell In A Ditch in Irvine, CA
October 21, 2008 | Irvine, California | Vetting explained
I work at a strategic marketing agency in Irvine, CA called Earthbound Media Group. A few co-workers and I were leaving the office for lunch when we found this scene outside. Apparently the cement truck was driving over a ditch and the temporary panels slipped out from under it and the truck fell in. You can see the yellow crane behind it. That one was not strong enough so they had to bring in bigger one to hoist it out.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
