Tyler is laid to rest
April 16, 2008 | Michigan | Vetting explained
A man known only as Tyler, died today from rare gastrointestinal and urinary tract diseases. Tyler, a native of California developed stomach distress late last week due to eating nothing but authentic Mexican burritos and washing it down with Tequila. He also developed a urethral disease from drinking local water, while trying to hydrate from too much Tequila. Apparently an organism was in the village water and his urethra dried up completely. Tyler had to get "it" cut off due to the circumstances. He then died hours later due to the inability to let out gas from the burritos. Apparently, his medications from the surgery prohibited his colon from expelling gas and excrement. He was 32.
