Papal Mass April 17, 2008 Washington National Stadium
A great event that was well staged, and the Pope created an aura of
personality not unlike that of his predecessor John Paul II. This
was surprising when he exited the field and it clearly showed he
has learned the art of media appeal. His entrance though, was so
unassuming after he left the Popemobile that one wouldn't have
thought it was the Pope when stepped on the field. Perhaps, this is
was the real measure of the man.
