Fox news is Anti-Fair and Balanced
October 28, 2008 | Vetting explained
Moments ago I reviewed the Fox News website. Every headline to the left:
What's L.A. Times Hiding?
Newspaper refuses to release videotape of Obama toasting 'friend and dinner companion' with questionable past
• LAT: Allies of Palestinians See a Friend in Barack Obama
• Joe the Plumber: Obama Would Bring 'Death to Israel'
Rethinking Election Day
Obama's call to take off work Nov. 4 emboldens advocates who say elections should be a holiday or held on a weekend
• Obama Affinity to Marxists Dates Back to College Days
• Extreme Endorsements Could Sway Moderate Vote
• YOU DECIDE: Take the Day Off?
• FOX FORUM: Biden Blunders on Abortion
It is a sad commentary that a major news network would claim credibility as fair and balanced and promote one point of view almost exclusively.
I think it is fair to say that Fox News considers its audience to be Republican. There can be no claim to fair and balanced journalism. It is purely entertainment news.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
