Early voters during lunch time at Atlanta's North Fulton Annex were hungry and NOT happy on Wednesay as they waited more than three hours to cast their ballots. In the morning paper, Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel said she didn't believe early voting wait times were a problem. But voters at the understaffed poll had a word or two for Ms. Handel as they cooled their heels. Many were concerned that overflowing parking lots and long lines were deterring voters. Long wait times were caused by too few poll workers, as half of the voting machines stood empty while a handful of pleasant, but overworked, poll workers processed ballots.
