The Annual Halloween Parade for children was held in Cobble Hill Park in Brooklyn, New York on the afternoon of October 31. Hundreds of parents, some costumed, brought their children to the park for the opportunity to mingle with other children, do some trick-or-treating, and -- above all -- see and be seen in their fabulous outfits.
