My First Election Ever
November 4, 2008 | Kunkletown, Pennsylvania | Vetting explained
I am a first time independent voter and I am proud to say I was up extra
early this morning with my family to vote for the Obama-Biden Ticket.
Independent thought went into my vote and all options were weighed and laid out on the table in my case as I myself can relate to Obama and my story tells why and why I am concerned with Health Care and the slip of the economy.
I feel invigorated to be able to have the chance to vote in this historic election and wish all the parties in this great election Great luck and success
as well as our Country.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
