Ethnic Markets
April 22, 2008 | Denver, Colorado | Vetting explained
I'm feeling the financial pinch when I go to my grocery store. I am stretching my budget by shopping in ethnic markets. I found I can purchase the same things and save up to 30%, without using coupons. I shop at one of our local asian markets and one of our local mexican markets. There's more information on my blog at http://beingbooga.com - I am running a series called "Price Check - Denver" where I am documenting the prices of popular foods and items at different markets. http://beingbooga.com/tags/price-check-denver
It's hard on everyone right now. I hope my blog helps people.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
