Drug Cartel hangs beheaded man from overpass in Mexico.
November 9, 2008 | Cuidad Juarez, Mexico | Vetting explained
A beheaded man was hung from an overpass Thursday, in the city of Cuidad Juarez, Mexico. A gruesome display; even for this northern border city which has been a huge territorial battlefield for drug cartels.
Something needs to be done. These type of attacks happen daily in the border cities of Mexico. We must do something to protect our country from being infested with these fiend crimes.
