This is a video Portrait created to accompany Ed Ports application to Extreme Makeover. Ed desperately needs this surgery and his insurance company will not help him. The video took one week to make. When Ed attempted to submit his application to the show, he found that it had become Extreme Home Makeover. Please help Ed Port.
