Mark Udall Member of Congress Forward Response to Mark Udall member of Congress: Dear, Senator-Elect Mark Udall: At that time The Colorado legislature send a letter to the Rocky Mountain District Manager: Mr. Jim Ziernicki who was defensive and was not concerned about UPS employee's allegations. Mr. Jim Ziernicki forward a letter back to the House of Representatives stating: "These employees should contact me their immediate supervisors or the Human Resources group if there are unresolved issues relating to discrimination in the work place". Mr. Jim Ziernicki new very well discrimination and bigotry exists at UPS. Apparently Mr. Jim Ziernicki and UPS management condones this behavior which is a widespread occurrence among supervisors and upper management. There has been some "resent reports in the national media relating to UPS". Mr. Jim Ziernicki was asked to respond to these allegations as well and give his response to how these issues can best be addressed and resolved in the future. The Colorado legislature never received a response from UPS Rocky Mountain District Manager Mr. Jim Ziernicki. A letter from the General Assembly of Colorado Denver was addressed to: Mrs Lea Soupata United Parcel Service 55 Glendale Pkwy NE Atlanta GA 30328 The Colorado legislature stated in there letter: "We previously communicated with Jim Ziernicki, the district manager at the Commerce City Colorado facility. We received no response in spite of sending him a detailed description of ongoing incidents of pervasive discrimination and bigotry". See attachment: Letter from House of Representatives.
