Bailout Three - Small Four
November 20, 2008 | Delaware | Vetting explained
Congress, please lend me $200,000 for the repayment of student loans to educate myself in a career which does not exist, today. Secondly, I will return to a University or College for re-education and re-training in another career, hopefully I will be successfully. Third, I need to pay my bills and rent which seems to be difficult in paying due to the economy. Fourth, I am hungry everyday and meal a day is not helping to resolve my hungry pains. I would love to have a piece of poultry or fish for dinner at least once a month. Fifth, I am in need of appropriate attire for clinical and every day wears because my wardrobe is not acceptable (but I make do with the clothes I have on my back). Lastly, remainder of the funds will be used on a dependable vehicle, a blanket for me and food for those who are homeless.
In conclusion, Congress I would be a better investment than those who have large salaries, mismanagement of companies and poor decisions. They do not every have to be accountable for their mistakes or repay the funds. Since I (who does not have anything) must repay the bailout money which was disperse to these people than I have the right to ask you, congress for money as well. I have not misused funds, receive extremely large salaries, private jets...I cannot get a private bathroom, and knowing the lower economical groups middle and poor will re-pay the money. Well, I will feel much better to repay funds which I had a part of spending. Then I feel I contribute to the spending of the bailout money. Therefore, Congress I need these funds for a better future for myself since no one else cares.
Please let me know ASAP because my life depends on your decision and I understand one life does not matter compare to many lives. Guess what? Many lives are being affected today by the economy. So, my life does count........Oh, my friends told me Congress, I would be arrested for expressing my freedom of speech and if I do, it is what it is.....maybe they may have poultry or fish.
This Poor Old Woman Counts,
Desiree
