Mugabe won't meet with "humanitarian envoy" why?

Lemme put on my conspiracy hat:

Still-white-shill of big oil, Jimmy Carter, attempted to distract from his country's own abysmal human rights records and catastrophic economic blunders by flying private jets (a la GM bosses) to Africa to humiliate the black man for monetary gain, and with "Uncle Tom" Kofi Annan in tow.
Recycle, hm, stop global warming, uh, vote for Harvey MIlk. C'mon we were all Harvey Milks under George Bushitler.
Send Obama instead. Obama will fix it all, for free. Mugabe will meet with Obama.
