AXJ-USA is following OBAMAGATE closely The international civil and political rights organization known around the world as AXJ is following the case of Mr. OBAMA's natural born status in the United States of America (USA) very closely. It has been called the OBAMAGATE by various sources in contact with AXJ. According to AXJ-Kenya there are many witnesses including the Ambassador of Kenya, His Excellency Mr. Peter Ogego which have accepted the fact that Mr. OBAMA was in fact born in Kenya and therefore not qualified to occupy the Office of the President in the United States Federal Government. A Certification of Birth has been published on the internet to attempt to prove that Mr. OBAMA is a U.S. Citizen and that his birth certificate was in fact registered in the State of Hawaii in 1961, but does not certify that Mr. OBAMA was in fact born in the State of Hawaii. This document published on the AXJ websites has been disputed by many professionals and has been found to be fraudulent. AXJ members around the world are wondering why the President elect of the United States of America (USA) would publish such a document and not come forth and publish the complete long version of his actual birth certificate with the details of the doctor which brought him to the world, his foot prints, the hospital he was born in, the date and time, etc. which all American citizens have? It is now up to Mr. Obama, and 50 million American voters which voted for Mr. McCain will not let down until they get a response to the question if Mr. OBAMA was or not truly born in the United States of America (USA) back in 1961. But I feel it is absolutely wrong to dismiss the what is clearly stated in our constitution that a president be a natural born citizen. If a law isn't right it should be amended by proper processes, not ignored. Further, a Birth Certificate is a document issued to be able to establish citizenship. When I have traveled out of the country I had to show my Birth Certificate to which ever officials requested it, for what ever reason. It isn't just a keepsake! So anyone who says that it invades Mr. Obama's privacy to demand to see this document seems to me to not understand what the document is for. Buy concealing his real Birth Certificate I can only say that our President Elect should only expect to arouse the suspicion of those who otherwise would have supported him. He should be a man and come straight out with the truth! What does he have to fear if he has all the correct documents? And if his documents would prevent him from holding office, I hope that he would be a man of character and respect the laws by voluntarily stepping down and preventing the damage to America that could be caused if he presses forward. Senator Obama says he was born in Hawaii, but he refuses to release a copy of his birth certificate. Prominent Democratic lawyer Philip Berg has sued, claiming that Obama is not a natural born US citizen and therefore not eligible to be President. The campaign has released two digital images of a certificate, one on Obama's website, and a separate image on Factcheck.org. The first is widely believed to be a forgery, and the second has not been made available for inspection. Commentators have noted that Factcheck.org is supported by the Annenberg Foundation, and Obama was chairman of the Chicago branch of the fund. Obama spent part of his childhood growing up in Indonesia after his mother married an Indonesian. In his lawsuit, Berg demonstrates that only Indonesian citizens were able to attend school during the years in which Obama was enrolled, and Obama is listed as an Indonesian citizen in his school's records. Obama would have had to reinstate his American citizenship when he returned to Hawaii; otherwise he would be an undocumented, illegal alien. Obama has not released his Certificate of Citizenship. Obama is represented in the suit by Joe Sandler, lawyer for the Council of American-Islamic Relations, which has proven links to Islamic terrorists. Last week, however, Judicial Watch announced it had obtained documents under the Freedom of Information Act showing Obama had submitted earmarks for hundreds of thousands of dollars directed to supporters, including his wife's cousin, while he was a state legislator.
