April 25th, 2008 - a few miles down the coast from this mornings shark attack, people still choose to swim in La Jolla, CA. Major controversy around the decision San Diego made to allow seals to beach themselves in "Children's Beach" area of La Jolla. People against the seals presence on the shores and along the San Diego Coast line near swimmer's beaches claim that the signifigant rise in seals around La Jolla, Del Mar and Solana Beach have attracted sharks to the #1 swimming location in California.
