Morristown, NJ. Friday, November 28, 2008. The monthly Morristown, NJ critical mass bike ride happened at the same time hundreds of people gathered on the Morristown Green to welcome Santa Claus has he descended from the top of Century 21 to the Green. About 30 bike riders garbed in reindeer antlers and elf costumes worked their way to the front of the crowd and rode circles around the police while handing out candy canes to the masses waiting the arrival of St. Nick. Morristown's Mayor even welcomed the riders to the scene referencing them as Marty's contingent since Marty Epstein owns Marty's Reliable Cycles, Morristown's local bike store.
