Supporter From The Start
November 29, 2008 | Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania | Vetting explained
Jeree Best is my 8 year old niece. She lives in Imperial, PA, just outside of Pittsburgh. She is a great kid. Smart, funny and very athletic. She has been an avid supporter of President elect Obama since he first announced his candidacy. She immediately drew a picture of him, touting "he holds the children of the world in his hands", while acknowledging Hillary's greatness too. She insisted on including a statement about Hillary again. Jeree would not allow us to utter the names of John McCain or Sarah Palin in her presence. She is very proud that these are her words and hers alone. We wanted to do this for her since she is such a fan of his but missed seeing him when he was in Pittsburgh in October.
Thanks and have a great day.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
