people trying to evacuate the town but military has closed down all exit and entry ways. ( i gathered all this from people complaining to the reporter in the local radio that the military wouldnt let them out of the city, but also at the exit point where we could managed to reach). The military claimed it was for the citizens safety (then why not let them out?) i suspect it was to keep the national and international press from covering the news.
