long lines. slow process. the lady in red skirt is a neighbor of the school and voting center and a chavist. she was scoping the lines for opposition voters ( a fact she already knows from previous voting process and her chavist neighborhood meetings. also because after voting, the local national electoral council authorities invite voters to go in and stand witness for their political party)
