I've tended to lean conservative most of my voting life, even having voted for Bush twice.  But this past November, for the first time ever, I voted a protest vote - Libertarian - because I felt like the country did, in fact, need a substantial change in policy and direction, but Obama wasn't the right answer.

Now we faced a truly one-party rule.  Something that no nation needs.  I felt compelled to vote for Chambliss only to provide some tiny semblance of balance in the Senate so that the Pelosis and Clintons and Obamas wouldn't run the country uncontested and unaccounted for during the next four years.  There HAS to be some sort of balance to represent the entire population, not just the liberal interests.
