Strong Cold Front Passage Time Lapse
December 3, 2008 | Ozark, Arkansas | Vetting explained
This afternoon (November 3, 2008) a strong cold front surged southward into Northwest Arkansas. Temperatures fell from the 60's into the 30's within just 2 hours. This video is looking northwest and shows the clouds streaming out of the southwest ahead of the front before the low level clouds switch direction crazily to the north as the front passes. Winds gusted to near 30 mph just behind the front.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
