Helo 3: Capt. Chris Saettel, 351st Air Refueling Squadron aircraft commander, discusses oceanic clearance with his co-pilot, Capt. Josh Renfro while enroute to refuel a MC-130 Hercules cargo plane. The aircraft were traveling to a rescue mission involving a critically injured crewman on a cargo vessel off the coast of Ireland. The patient had critical head trauma from a fall on the ship. Helo 4: A KC-135 Stratotanker conducts air-to-air refueling with a MC-130 Hercules cargo plane from the 352nd Special Operations Group, both from RAF Mildenhall, in support of a rescue mission involving a critically injured crewman on a cargo vessel off the coast of Ireland.
