Chinese climbed monument of Nagano Station.
Several policemen were near them.
The policemen did not arrest them.
First, The recorder said to the Tibetan, "Get off".
The Tibetan got off.
Next, The recorder said to the Chinese,"Get off".
The Chinese did not get off.
The recorder said to the policeman, "Why defended the Chinese ?".
The policeman said, "danger, return please ".
The policeman did not arrest them to the last minute.
