She put the SEX in Sexy. She put S. E. X  in sex.

Born Eartha Mae Keith in 1927 Eartha Kitt became a legend and things dreams are made of in her own right.

During her 81 years on this planet her persona became synonymous with all that embodies sex.  Her voice. Her style. The way she walked and definitely the way she talked and purred her way from a small town in North Carolina to the bright lights of New York, Paris and back to New York.

While she hit a few bumps along the way nothing would squash this small pint size ball of fire.  She had done battle with many from the White House to the State House only to be welcomed back again to the House she was banned from. 

Many had seen her and enjoyed her voice. Many loved her and will cherish her memory.

And at the close of the twilight of her life, even then she would have the final say, as she left this world knowing that her Dear Santa Baby had placed everything under her tree and had done so for many a decades. Having seen it all she left on the day he would have delivered his final gift _ immortality.
