Universal Entertainment shipped defective blue ray discs of "The Incredible Hulk"
December 31, 2008 | Palatine, Illinois | Vetting explained
It seems Universal Entertainment oopsed when they shipped out a bad shipment of The Incredible Hulk on Blue Ray. Both Targets in my area (Illinois) got bad discs, and also Walmart. I think in the burning process the discs overheated as I could see a wavy like features where the burning took place on the bottom of the discs. So wait a while after you return yours to get another due to this set back. I am not sure how wide spread this is. I also noticed people on amazon.com are talking about this and that means its bigger that I expected.
I was not sure how to contact them they do not have a customer support number. So I thought I would reach out here to let them know they may need a recall.
