Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show
January 2, 2009 | Ketchikan, Alaska | Vetting explained
The Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show in Ketchikan was one of our favorite excursions during our Alaskan cruise in 2006. The rugged lumberjacks impressed with their daring display of dangerous skills competing against each other. But a lumberjill wasn't going to be outdone, taking on a lumberjack on the log roll. The crowd was divided into teams to cheer on the competitors and it was just a fun experience.
