Could my dreams come true?
January 7, 2009 | Ames, Nebraska | Vetting explained
I read this millionaires in the making segment very often, so I would like to know if I'm on track to become a millionaire or do I have to work alot more harder to achieve this dream?
Here is my situation: I'm in my mid 40s, single not married, no kid, but would love to meet a companion since I'm already late on that part of the game. I earn about $ 60.000.00 yearly. I currently have 5 houses totaling $ 580.000.00 in loan. one of the house worth 600.000.00.The other four houses I thik worth approximately around $ 330.000.00. I have no school loan, no car note, I have $ 8000.00 in credit card bill. Two of my houses are own outright, and they give me an additional income totalling $1400.00 a month. I have $25.000.00 in retirement account and $22.000.00 in my 401K account. Do you think that I will have a good nest egg to retire comfortably or what else should I do to make sure that I meet my millionaire dream. or what other investment should I consider in other to achieve a comfortable retirement. I'm considering to retire at the age of 62 years of age.
