Living the Dream - on tour with the Grateful Dead 1994
January 8, 2009 | Eugene, Oregon | Vetting explained
My friends and I wanted a photo in front of the Furthur bus
in Eugene, OR at the Grateful Dead shows. So, I went up
to this man standing by the bus I did not know and asked if he would take a
photo. Well he thought we wanted a photo with him, and then I handed him my
camera. He said, "Right. Okay. Cool. Your own movie, I get it." Well,
after the photo as we were walking away my friend Kyle goes you just blew Ken
Kesey's mind. I was like that was Ken Kesey!? Pictured from left to right:
Patrick (me), Paige (my girlfriend at the time), Sally, Kyle, and Zane. Kesey
was a great photographer amongst other talents.
