Pro-Palestinian March NYC - 11 Jan 2009
January 11, 2009 | New York City, New York | Vetting explained
11 January 2009 - approx. 2:45PM
Here is some chance footage taken in NYC along 8th Avenue of a protest march in response to the recent Palestinian/Israeli conflicts. You can even hear some of the rallying cries and drums over 50 stories below. In fact, it was all the commotion that attracted our attention to the march in the first place.
I was really a sight to behold. Let us all hope for a cessation of all violence in Israel and Gaza soon.
Sincerely,
PHAmanNYC
Follow-up: Unfortunately, there was some violence at the end of the rally. All I happened to witness was the peaceful march up 8th Ave. This eventuality was, of course, a rather unhappy one and I hope no one was seriously injured.
