Hertz Rent a Car Sucks and Has Horrible Employees and Customer Service
January 15, 2009 | Vetting explained
So we get to the rental car pavillion at Ft. Lauderdale airport at 10:30pm to get the car we reserved at Hertz and there's a long line... and only one person working and the kiosks don't work... and then all of a sudden, that one lady working the counter leaves. But before she leaves, she salutes all of the tired customers in line.
Nice job Hertz! You suck!
So think about this the next time you plan to rent a car... because in this economy, my money goes to the company that cares about customers, not leaving them stranded in a long line.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
