Common Culprits for Litter at Inauguration

There are trash receptacles on the National Mall but they're difficult to reach and sure to fill quickly. Litter Free Inauguration is asking everyone to bring a bag if they plan on coming down to the mall on Tuesday and carry away any trash they may be tempted to leave behind. Here are some common culprits to watch out for to make sure President Obama's inauguration is litter free.
