The Journey into America project led by Ambassador Akbar Ahmed were passing through Alabama to Nashville, Tennessee as part of their 6 month journey throughout 60 cities and towns in the US to study the American identity and Islam in America.
In one of their experiments, project coordinator Hailey Woldt dressed in traditional Arab clothing to study the local communities perception of Islam.
