The Real Change -- Davos
January 31, 2009 | Panama City, Panama | Vetting explained
I watched Ms. Amanpour's interview with special Davos' participants on the subject of "change" in the US.
The truth is that the difference between all these countries and the US is that their Presidents seem to get directly involved in "supervising", whereas here the concept of delegating functions went too far by not supervising.
Of course, on the extreme you have dictators, but I think that President Obama should change the components of practical leadership in his Office. If he does it well, "change" will have a brand new meaning.

The best iReports get vetted and used on CNN platforms.
The label “Not vetted by CNN” lets you know that this story hasn’t been both checked and cleared by a CNN editor.
iReport stories that have a red "CNN iReport" stamp in the corner have been vetted and
cleared. That means they've been selected and approved by a CNN producer to use on CNN,
on air, or on any of CNN's platforms.
